The blue Persian coat is the Ziri-Qaba, This particular piece is generally the middle layer and typically long sleeved. Long sleeves on Persian garments hang past the fingertips at least 6-12 inches or more. This coat is lined all but the sleeves. The blue outer layer of the coat, visible and non-visible seams are completely hand sewn and seams on the lining are hand sewn.
